Born in Majdal Shams, Golan Heights, in 1981. 

Education

  • 2015 - 2017 - Was MA student at the Film Academy "Digital Art Compositing” Vienna.
  • 2013 - 2015 - Student in IKL "Education in the Arts" in the Academy of fine Art, Vienna.
  • 2008 - 2012 - Diplom - Mag. Fine Art, Academy of fine art, Vienna, Austria.
  • 2000 - 2005 - BA Fine Art, Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus, Syria.
  • 1997 - 2000 - Studied drawing and painting at Bait Al Fan, supervised by the artist Wael Tarabeh, Majdal Shams, Golan Heights. Founder member and Volunteer in Mudarris Center of Arts & Culture, Majdal Shams, Golan Heights.

  • 2014 - "Umeå the capital culture of Europe 2014" Survival Kit Festival, a Project by gallery Verkligheten. Residency program supported by IASPIS Umeå, Sweden.
  • 2013 - Golamea project, Gallery Konsthögskolan, Academy of fine art Umea, Sweden.
  • 2010 – Scholarship OeAD-Gmbh, Exchange student in the Academy of fine art Umea, Sweden.
  • 2003 - Residency at Darat Al Funun, The Khalid Shoman Foundation, supervised by Prof. Marwan Kassab Bashi, Amman, Jordan.

  • 2009 - 2010 - 2011- Three years Scholarship (One-World-Scholarship Program) Afro-Asian Institute - AAi - Vienna, Austria.
